Here is a closeup showing the construction of our aluminum signs with square picture frame molding. The sign is made from 1"x1" square aluminum used as a support frame. Aluminum sheet is attached to the frame. Then bent aluminum molding is fitted over the sides. The last side piece is carefully beveled to make a clean look. See finished sign HERE
